THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN AND ONLY BY LEGAL RESIDENTS
OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA) AND SHALL
BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO, AND GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY INDIANA LAW. YOU ARE
NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL
RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OR YOU OTHERWISE DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO
ENTER OR WIN. ENTRIES CAN BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO KID QUILL SWEEPSTAKES, 346 W.
BROADWAY STREET, SHELBYVILLE, IN 46176 AND MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 11:59 PM ON OCTOBER
20, 2025. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS
SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR
RESTRICTED. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. You have not yet won. KID QUILL
Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States and District of
Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of October 20, 2025 and who possess a
valid driver’s license or state identification card. Sponsor and each of its respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of its respective officers, directors,
employees and members of the immediate family, including spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings
and step-siblings, and children and step-children, and persons living in the same household of each, are
ineligible. Participants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsor will reject and delete
any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry by individuals
who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and any entry received from persons under the age of 21.
Noncompliance, failure to return any documents within the time specified, failure to respond to
notification attempts or returns of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Participation constitutes entrant’s
full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and
binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes will begin on or about 12:00:00 AM
Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on October 13, 2025 and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 20,
2025 ("Promotion Period"). There will be eight (8) random drawings on or about Thursday, October 23,
2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants may enter online by visiting
http://www.kidquill.com (the "promotional site"), and following the links to the promotional site,
completing the online registration form and clicking on the "Submit" button. Entries become the
property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by
your online service will apply. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-
mail address, winning entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail
address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other
organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property
of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of delivery or receipt of entry will not be deemed by Sponsor
to constitute proof of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data
loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted
computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other
error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Any attempted form of entry other
than described herein is void. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means
will be deemed void. Entries that are submitted through sweepstakes clubs or similar methods, or those
that are mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, inaccurate, or that have been otherwise tampered
with are void. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that (i) there is any suspected or actual
electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or (ii) if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned
due to an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void
the entries at issue, disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or
website. and/or discontinue, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and, in its sole discretion,
award the applicable prize if reasonably commercially feasible in a random drawing from among eligible
applicable entries received as of such date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY
WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to
tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at
http://www.kidquill.com
4. WINNER SELECTION: Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on
or about Thursday, October 23, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion
Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prize Winners will be
notified by phone, mail or e-mail approximately two (2) weeks from the respective Drawing. Odds of
winning are determined based upon the number of total entries received during the Promotion Period.
If the initial Prize Winner cannot be reached, or fails to contact Sponsor, within five (5) calendar days
from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be
selected. As a condition of winning the Prize herein, the Prize Winner will be required to sign and return,
within seven (7) calendar days of notification attempt (or less if a time is specified by Sponsor during
notification) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), a Travel Release, and
a W-9 form for tax purposes. If the Prize Winner refuses to sign and return any of these documents,
the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
5. PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be eight (8) total prizes in the sweepstakes: four
(4) 94.3 The Reel vinyl record albums from the exclusive test print, one (1) Slate audio microphone,
and three (3) sealed Sunset Diner compact discs (collectively the “Prizes”).
All taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. In no event will Sponsor be
responsible for awarding more than the stated number of prizes. Actual value of any prize may vary
depending on fluctuations and current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Any difference
between the stated Estimated Retail Value and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. The Prize
restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive. Rather, all details of the Prize not specified
herein shall be determined by Sponsor. All prize packs and/or prize bundles will consist of partner
products awarded entirely in the Sponsor’s discretion, and the Sponsor hereby reserves the right to
substitute the items shown on the prizes page and/or those listed in these Official Rules with items of
similar value. If a winner of any such prize is ineligible to receive such a prize under relevant state,
federal or local laws and regulations, such prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided.
No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes in whole or in part will be permitted, except
at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of greater
or equal value determined by Sponsor shall be allowed. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. Any and all guarantees and
warrantees on merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and the
winner agrees to look solely to said manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. All prize
details are in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and winner may
be issued an IRS 1099 tax form from Sponsor for the actual value of their prize at the end of the year.
By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants and the winner hereby irrevocably provide written consent
and grant to the use by Sponsor, and those acting with its authority, the unrestricted, absolute,
perpetual, worldwide right and license to use their name, address, photograph, likeness, voice,
biographical, personal background information, statements, and/or other indicia of persona, and
personally identifiable information and Sweepstakes entry, and, without limitation, any notes,
photograph, film, or video or audio tape that may be taken of entrant or of such materials (collectively
"Likeness"), for any and all uses and purposes (including but not limited to commercial, advertising
and/or marketing purposes) without additional compensation or consideration (where legal), consent,
notice, prior review or permission by entrant or any third party, including the rights to reproduce, copy,
modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly
or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Likeness or any part thereof, whether alone
or in combination with other materials (including but not limited to text, data, images, photographs,
illustrations, and graphics, video or audio segments of any nature) in any media or embodiment now
known or hereafter developed throughout the world (including but not limited to the World Wide Web,
any format of any computer-based, Internet-based, electronic, magnetic, digital, laser or optical-based
media) in connection with advertising, marketing, promotion, publicity, trade, sweepstakes or
sweepstakes promotions, activities, or any other form of materials created by Sponsor, its Partners or
its designees. Upon request, entrant will sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of
liability prior to acceptance of the Prize. An entry, except where prohibited by law, constitutes a written
grant of permission to the Sponsor or its agents to include an entrant’s and winner’s name and Likeness
on the Promotional Site and on http://www.kidquill.com and in connection with a Winner Posting without
further notice or without additional compensation. As permitted by law in accordance with the
Sponsor's Privacy Policy, Sponsor may use information, which all entrants provide about themselves, to
send them announcements about the Sponsor's products and programs via electronic and ordinary mail.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The Sweepstakes is governed by the
laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether
of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any
other jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action
arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively
by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana or the appropriate Indiana State
Court located in Shelby County, Indiana. Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of
action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those
concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action.
By entering, entrants/winner agree: (1) to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and any other
organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the
Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and
representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all alleged or actual claims, actions, injury,
expenses, liability, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to the Released Parties’ own
negligence and/or any damages to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy
(under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other
legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark,
copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury arising out of
or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the
Sweepstakes, acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto)
and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; (2) to be bound by these Official Rules; (3) that the
decision of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (4) to the use
of their Likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, worldwide (including online)
for purposes of advertising and/or marketing without additional compensation, except in Tennessee and
where otherwise prohibited by law; and (v) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties
from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys fees)
arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and misuse of prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused
by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions,
interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized
human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error
which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury
or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an
entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted,
entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes play, provided that if it is not possible to
award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason,
Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received
up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated
number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or
any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be
available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a
random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND
ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY
OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES
THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT IN THIS
SWEEPSTAKES. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL
NOT BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF SUCH.
7. WINNERS LIST: For a list of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope, to

8. RULES REQUEST: For a copy of Official Rules, please visit the promotional site or send a self-
addressed envelope to be postmarked no later than October 13, 2025, to: KID QUILL SWEEPSTAKES
WINNERS", 346 W. Broadway Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176. Vermont residents may omit return
postage. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without
materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes, which shall become effective upon
announcement.
